Leadership Development Events LDE's focus on creating situations for members to demonstrate their abilities in public speaking, decision making, communication and their knowledge of agriculture and the FFA organization. Team and individual events are used to reinforce what is taught in agricultural science classrooms.

All LDE events have elimination rounds at the district and area before the state level competition. 

Gulf Coast District LDEs will take place at  Goose Creek Memorial High School on November 5th, 2024.

Area III LDEs will take place at Berry Center November 20th, 2024 for those teams that qualified.

State LDEs will take place at Sam Houston State University December Friday 6th - Saturday 7th, 2024 for those teams that qualified.
